The first of a thing I want to start doing called "Mini-AMVs". They're just really short AMVs that are used to show quick little ideas that I have.

Is it just me or does it feel like the reason why the 90's was peek anime is bc it was the era that put in the most effort into its projects?
its also the insane budgets caused by the japanese economic boom combined with the animating techniques. The 1995 movie budget was like 3 million dollars, its crazy
